SHIPPING COST ,TIME and TRACKING

    • Free shipping in the all U.K is available when you buy some of our promotional packages. It should be indicated when it offers free shipping. If you don’t buy any of our promotional packages then the a flat shipping rate of £4 which is added in the price of the product.

    • The time of arrival of any package should be between 3 to 4 days.

    • All packages are tracked. You will receive a tracking number with your order so that you will be able to trace your package at anytime.

All the information you will input into www.RelineMyDenture.co.uk will be kept totally confidential and secure. We will not sell your information to any mailing list brokers and we will use your information only for www.RelineMyDenture.co.uk for special promotions only. You will be able to unsubscribe to those promotions very easily but clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link into the newsletter emails.

SECURITY POLICY

www.RelineMyDenture.co.uk uses www.braintreepayments.com payment gateway. A payment gateway is a software program that integrates to a merchant’s website for the purpose of transmitting transaction data to the credit card acquirer for both authorization and settlement purposes. It is the Internet’s virtual equivalent to the physical world merchant terminal and is consider VERY SAFE . Braintree is owned by PayPal which the number one online payment system online in the world.

BrainTree Payments service enables users to be confident that the transaction will be securely completed. BrainTree Payments will be responsible for the purchase. BrainTree Payments uses SSL technology which creates a secure connection between the client and the server over which any amount of data can be sent securely.

The following documentation was required by BrainTree Payments from www.RelineMyDenture.co.uk in order to open an account with them. As you can see those merchant account requirements are quiet rigorous and cannot be met by a fly by company.

Merchant Application Document Requirements – For Private Companies

  • Certificate of Incorporation or business registration documentation.
  • Bank letter or statement which displays bank name, company name, SWIFT number and IBAN (must be a business account).
  • Passport copy of director and all individuals with 25% or more ownership in the company. If multiple directors, please provide copies for 2 individuals
  • Personalutility bill copy displaying current home address (electric, phone, etc.). This is required for all individuals providing passport copies

REFUND POLICY

RelineMyDenture.co.uk offers a “60 Day Full Refund Guaranteed ” policy minus the shipping and handling costs.

• www.RelineMyDenture.co.uk will refund the shipping and handling cost if you returned the goods due to a damaged product or incorrect product(s). For all other reasons, the shipping and handling costs will be borne by yourselves

• You can try the product and see if you like it and still get a refund within 60 days. If you tried it and you don’t like it, just send us back the used box .

• ONLY once we have received the used box, we will refund your payment

• A refund will be issued only to the original credit card or other method payment used.

• RelineMyDenture.co.uk will refund you as soon as we received your returned item(s).

• www.RelineMyDenture.co.uk will notify you via e-mail when your refund has been processed. The refund should be credited back to your credit card within 7 to 14 days from the date your order has been received by us but could go up to 190 days depending on your credit card company. Please let us know if the delay exceeds the 14 days so that we can look into the matter or try to accelerate the refund process.

    In the upper left hand corner of the package, write with a pen or marker your name, address and the bar code number that was part of your dispatch note ( this number is part of your original package that we sent with your order) .
    ATTENTION!!! THE BAR CODE NUMBER IS VERY IMPORTANT !!! WE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU IF WE DO NOT HAVE THIS NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON YOUR BOX SINCE WE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR ORDER AND KNOW WHO TO REFUND !!! YOU CAN ALSO RESEND YOUR ORDER WITH THE ORIGINAL DISPATCH NOTE IF YOU WANT BUT WRITTING IT ON THE BOX WILL ALSO WORK. EMAIL US AT infodesk@RelineMyDenture.co.uk IF YOU CAN´T FIND YOU BAR CODE NUMBER.
    Now that it’s all ready, just have to put it in the mail and wait until we process your refund. (www.RelineMyDenture.co.uk will notify you via e-mail when your refund has been processed.     DAMAGED ITEMS AND SHORTAGE CLAIMS:
    Please report damaged or missing items from your received package within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at infodesk@RelineMyDenture.co.uk.
    EXCHANGE:
    NO EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED. IF YOU WANT ANOTHER PRODUCT INSTEAD OF THE ONE YOU ORDER ( as long as the mistake is not on our part ) THEN YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR A REFUND (see the Return/Refund policy above) AND REORDER THE NEW PRODUCT YOU WANT (that means unfortunately to also to pay for the shipping costs again. ) Since we send all over the world the shipping cost would eat up all our profits and we would be making a loss by accepting exchanges.
